Our flagship product, the patent-pending Winnow System, helps kitchens reduce overproduction and food waste. On average, clients using Winnow have demonstrated the capability to cut food waste in half. This, in turn delivers food cost savings of 3% to 8% - a material improvement to their bottom line. We are currently operating in over 20 countries with a growing number of clients. We have won a number of awards recognising our work including The Startup of The Year at the Guardian Sustainable Business Awards.
